Our Story
Cooking and hosting events has been my lifelong passion, and I am proud to share my journey as Chef Sandra Bryant Richardson. It all started at Gardner’s BBQ on Cokey Road when I was just 14 years old. In the '90s, I sold plates at the Rocky Mount Stock Yard, channeling my love for creating meals that bring people together. Over the years, my journey led to opening the Casino Bar & Grill in Medoc, followed by launching the Healthy Grill On Wheels Mobile Food Truck & Catering. Each venture brought immense fulfillment, especially when I opened a Black-owned venue in Rocky Mount to host events and serve my signature home-cooked meals. Watching people enjoy the Healthy Grill menu, which I’ve perfected since 2012, has been a true honor.

With over 35 years of experience, I felt a divine calling to build something extraordinary for my community and clients. That vision gave life to Faith Carolina Catering & Events.
